Sim S. Lim
 Mr. Lim is the Country Officer for Citigroup Hong Kong. He is responsible for the entire Citigroup franchise in Hong Kong and is directly responsible for the Markets & Banking businesses for both Hong Kong and Taiwan. During his 25 years tenure with Citi, Mr. Lim has held a variety of positions in various countries. He started of as a Management Associate with Citi Kuala Lumpur in 1983. He transferred to the Tokyo Office in 1987 where he worked on a series of assignments and eventually headed its Corporate and Consumer Bank Treasury. In 1999, M. Lim relocated to New York to head Risk Treasury, which is responsible for managing the entire balance sheet for the Corporate and Investment Banking division in North America.
After a successful assignment in New York, Mr. Lim was seconded as Group Treasurer and Head of Sales & Trading for the Saudi American Bank, based in Riyadh. In October 2003, Mr. Lim returned to Asia as Head of Risk Treasury, Asia Pacific.
Before assuming his current role as Citi Country Officer for Hong Kong, Mr. Lim was Head of Emerging Markets Sales and Trading for Asia Pacific. In this role, his responsibility covers all emerging markets FX, interest rates, derivatives and origination and distribution of emerging markets bonds.
Mr. Lim serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Citibank Berhad in Malaysia and Chairman of Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited. He is actively involved in community service and professional organizations. Mr. Lim is a Council Member of Treasury Markets Association and a member of the Banking Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

Manoj Singh
 Manoj Singh is currently the Global Managing Partner for Deloitte Operations. Prior to this, he was the Asia Pacific CEO of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Manoj has extensive management consulting experience in the broad area of Strategy and Operations. He has advised many national and multinational companies on mergers and acquisitions, post merger integration and shareholder value growth with a specific focus on technology, manufacturing and the energy industry.
In his role as Global Managing Partner Operations, he is responsible for coordinating and driving our investments around the world and ensuring that our global business planning is thorough and all inclusive. He works very closely with the Global CEO in ensuring that our practices around the world are operating on plan and help is provided to any member firm as and when needed. In this role, Manoj also has oversight and reporting responsibility for the global functions encompassing Finance, Strategy, Technology, Human Resources and Legal. He is a frequent speaker on matters relating to Operational Excellence.
Manoj Singh is a Certified Management Consultant and has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in the United States.
Born in India, Manoj completed high school and undergraduate education in India before immigrating to the United States in 1974. He and his wife, Rita, have two daughters. They travel extensively around the world.

Vincent Dumahel
 Mr. Duhamel was elected to the Board of Governors of the CFA Institute in July 2001. He chaired the planning committee and served on the executive committee for three years before becoming chairman in July 2006.
Mr. Duhamel is managing director of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC. Previously, he managed State Street Global Advisors Asia Ltd, which he established in 1997. Prior to that, he established and ran State Street Global Advisors Canada, which he joined as a managing director in 1992.
Mr. Duhamel also served as a portfolio manager of international equities at Pictet International and as a stockbroker at Levesque Beaubien Inc, part of National Bank in Canada, and Investment Canada. He has served as a CFA exam grader and is a past president of the CFA Montreal Society. Mr. Duhamel holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Ottawa. He is a Canadian citizen and permanent resident of Hong Kong.

Joe Wan
Joseph Wan is a Partner and Managing Director at BCG. He joined the Hong Kong office in 1994. With an electrical engineering degree from UC Berkeley, Joseph spent a few years as an engineer in Silicon Valley before returning to Hong Kong. Joseph is one of the leaders of the Consumer Goods and Retail Practice and a core member of the Technology and Communications Practice Area in BCG. He has consulted for many clients across FMCG, retail, apparels, telecommunications, technology and consumer electronics. Joseph is an avid tennis player and is still playing competitively. Aside from tennis, Joseph enjoys investing in stocks and has spent close to two years as an equities analyst with a U.S. brokerage in Hong Kong.

Mei Xue
Mei Xue is an Assistant Professor of operations management at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College. Dr. Xue is also an appointed Fellow of the Wharton Financial Institutions Center and a Webi Fellow of the Wharton E-Business Initiative. Dr. Xue holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Applied Economics and an A.M in Operations and Information Management from the Wharton School, and a M.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, at the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a B.E. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in English from Tianjin University, China. Dr. Xue’s research has been published at leading academic journals, and she has also worked on large scale-consulting projects with leading financial institutions in the U.S.

Mr. Hong Gang is the Founder and President of AMA Infotech Development Inc., a business management company focused on providing market penetration solutions for overseas companies in China, and Managing Director of Gartner China, where he is responsible for China-wide market development. Mr. Hong has over 20 years of experience in business development and market penetration in China’s IT sectors, and he has worked closely in the past with multinationals, the Chinese state government, Beijing and Shanghai municipal governments, SOEs, as well as the 2008 Beijing Olympics Committee. Mr. Hong has published 22 papers and holds an invention patent. Mr. Hong graduated magna cum from TsingHua University in Beijing in Electrical Engineering.

Savio Tung
Savio Tung is a Senior Partner and Head of the Technology Investment Group at Investcorp, which manages over US$1 billion and actively invests in small and medium sized technology buyout investments. Before joining Investcorp in 1984, he was a senior banker with Chase Manhattan Bank and worked in the New York, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and London offices. Mr. Tung served on the boards of many Investcorp portfolio companies, including Circle K, Saks Fifth Avenue, Simmons Mattresses, and Stratus Computer. He is currently a board member of Magnum and Chairman of Wireless Telecom Group. He is also an independent non-executive director of Bank of China, Hong Kong. Mr. Tung holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.

Joseph Chee Joseph Chee joined UBS in 2000, and is currently the MD and Head of China Equity Capital Markets. Prior to this, he worked at Salomon Smith Barney in New York. Mr. Chee participated in various transactions in capital market and M&A, including Nihon Tabako’s US$8bn acquisition of RJR International and Pepsi-cola’s US$2.3bn spin-off of the bottling business. Mr Chee has also participated in M&A and financing projects involving Pepsi-cola, Phillip Morris and Johnson & Johnson. In Asia, Mr Chee has led the execution of dozens of large equity and CB transactions, including the IPO offerings of Petrochina, China Pacific, Sinosteel, China Shipping, China Railway, Soho China, China Merchant Bank, Bank of China and COSCO. Mr. Chee earned his MBA from Stern School of Business, New York University.

Tim Guinness Tim Guinness is currently Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of two investment firms founded in 2003: Guinness Asset Management and Guinness Atkinson Asset Management. The firms specialize in investment in equities in energy, alternative energy, Asia (ex Japan) and equities of companies that are involved in global innovation. Prior to 2003, he was Chief Executive of Guinness Flight Global Asset Management, which was eventually acquired by Investec in 1998. He took on a senior management position for a period at Investec, then returned to hands-on fund management and started running the Investec Global Energy Fund in 1998 (now worth US$2 billion. In 2003 he left Investec to found his new firm, and continued to run these funds. The agreement with Investec has now come to an end, and Mr. Guinness and his team are running assets within the companies’ own vehicles.

Eric Bethel Erik Bethel is a Managing Director of ChinaVest, an American-run merchant bank founded in China in 1981. Over the course of the past 27 years, ChinaVest raised 5 private equity funds worth over US$500 million and invested in 60 firms in China. In addition to private equity, ChinaVest also focuses on providing cross-border M&A advisory to foreign multinational firms. Before joining ChinaVest, Mr. Bethel worked in the private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance groups at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Partners, and Compass Point Capital Partners. Mr. Bethel graduated with distinction from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, with a B.S. in Economics. He also received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business. Andy Goldstein Andy Goldstein is the Market Development Manager at Apricus Solar. Mr. Goldstein has lived in Nanjng, China since January 2004, and jointed Apricus in 2007. Prior to joining Apricus, Mr. Goldstein coordinated quality control operations as a quality Control and customer service manager in BD Textil Internacional, S.L., a Spanish textile and apparel purchasing agency in Nanjing, China.Mr. Goldstein has lived in Mexico, Spain, and is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin. He has significant experience bridging the multicultural gap of understanding that tends to exist between Chinese and Westerners in both professional and social settings. Mr. Goldstein earned a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish Literature from Washington University in Saint Louis.

Frank Zhang Mr. Zhang received his J.D. from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in May 2006. While at law school, his concentration was in financial transactions, with a strong background on global finance and investment banking. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Zhang worked for China Law Society as an International Exchange Program Officer for five years. He also had three years of work experience with a prestigious international law firm and three years with a leading Chinese law firm as an associate. Mr. Zhang is admitted to practice law in China and he specializes in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and project finance.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Schwartz has worked on various matters involving China's legal system, economic development, trade and investment while working at a large U.S. law firm and currently as President of China Strategies, LLC. Rich Roberts Rich Roberts manages global media relations for Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest lodging franchisor, and its 10 lodging brands. He joined the company’s predecessor, Cendant Corporation, in 2000 as senior director of communications for its Hotel Group, a title he held until promoted to VP in 2003. From 1995 to 2000, he served Choice Hotels International of Silver Spring, Md., as director of internal communications. Mr Roberts led the public relations and business-development efforts of advertising agencies in Harrisburg and Lancaster, Pa., from 1990 to 1995 after serving Hershey Entertainment & Resort Company of Hershey, Pa., for 7 years as Director of Corporate Communications. Mr Roberts received a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Colgate University in 1975.

Danny Levinson is CEO of BDL Media Ltd, which is a diversified media holdings business in China and owner of online travel, advertising, event management, print publishing, Internet publishing, and software businesses. Mr. Levinson launched and designed the first browser-based multiplayer online role-playing game in China in 2000 and then launched the nation's first multiplayer wireless game with Sohu.com and Moxze a year later. In 1999 he opened the first RSS, weblog, and news aggregation online value-added service in China and currently overseas the company's XZList business, the largest email mailing list provider in China. He publishes for the magazines and websites of “China CSR”, “China Hospitality News”, and ChinaTechNews.com, the largest daily English-language tech website for China.

Dr. Li has conducted extensive research related to destination marketing, tourist behavior, and event management. Dr. Hailin Qu Dr. Hailin Qu is the Regents Professor and William E. Davis Distinguished Chair as well as the Director of the Center for Hospitality and Tourism Research in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma, USA. Since Dr. Qu received his PhD degree in 1992, he has published/in press more than 160 refereed articles in a number of national and international top tier hospitality and tourism refereed journals and conference proceedings. In a recent study published by the first tier journal Tourism Management, Dr. Qu has been ranked the 15th leading researcher in publishing at three top tier hospitality and tourism journals in the world. In addition, he has published six book chapters and has been the editor or co-editor of five conference proceedings.
